Past Due Accounts

GAIA Sports® reserves the right to hold shipments on overdue accounts, and to reassess established terms with that dealer. In the event that terms are revoked, dealer may pay by one of the alternative methods listed above. The dealer will be contacted by our credit department prior to the revocation of terms via telephone or letter.

Shipping

All GAIA Sports' shipments are F.O.B. Athens, TN, USA. Unless otherwise specified, we ship via UPS Ground. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Refund and Exchange Policy

GAIA Sports® return and exchange policies are designed to insure that our customers will always receive products of the highest quality and in the best condition possible. GAIA Sports® will accept returns for credit or exchanges on items that are received in new, unused condition. We must be notified of your intent within 45 days following your purchase date. Follow these simple steps:
  • Call GAIA Sports® (888-746-1313) and request a return authorization number (RM#). Please have your original invoice number ready.
  • Write the RM# clearly in bold next to the address label.
  • Include a copy of your original invoice with your return. All returns should be properly insured and packaged to prevent damage.
  • Returns will be refunded the original purchase price minus the original shipping charges. Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges. Please contact GAIA Sports® staff for details.

No Worries Warranty Information

GAIA® products are made in the US by P.I., Inc. If any GAIA® product ever fails to meet your expectations, please let us know. All GAIA® produts are guaranteed to the original owner against defects in material and/or workmanship for one year after the purchase date. If we find that a GAIA® product is defective, we will at our discretion repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product. GAIA Sports® is not responsible for products used commercially or for the effects of accidents or normal wear and tear. GAIA Sports® is not responsible for abuse, misuse, improper care, or modification in any way.

Regarding flotation, GAIA Sports® does not warrant the replacement of flotation that is over-inflated, punctured, or misused in any way.

GAIA Sports® makes no other express warranties beyond the limited terms of this warranty. GAIA Sports® will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages caused by or resulting from the use or performance of GAIA® products. All returns must have an RM#. Please call customer service at 888-746-1313 to obtain RM# information.
